  • Accepted extended abstracts must be presented by one of the registered authors<\/li>\n
  • All presenting authors and conference delegates are required to pay the conference registration fee and are responsible for making their own travel and lodging arrangements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][mk_fancy_title size=”24″ font_weight=”600″ font_family=”none” margin_bottom=”20″][\/mk_fancy_title][vc_column_text]\n

    Oral Presentations<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Accepted extended abstracts, as the oral podium presentation, will be selected in two of the following options: regular and short presentations;<\/li>\n
    • Regular presentation<\/em>: each presentation should be a maximum of 12 minutes long allowing for 3 minutes of questions (Q&A) so that the total time per presentation does not exceed 15 minutes;<\/li>\n
    • Short presentation<\/em>: each presentation should be a maximum of 5 minutes long, no Q&A is foreseen during the podium presentation. The discussion will be made during the poster session only. All delegates of\u00a0short presentations\u00a0are also invited to prepare a poster to support their discussion during the poster session.<\/li>\n
    • Podium presentations must be supported by PowerPoint file. Maximum 7 slides are\u00a0admitted in short presentations. The file must be sent to the following email info@waterenergynexus.org before November 14th.<\/li>\n
    • All delegates are invited to check the data and time of their presentations in the updated version of the program available online.<\/li>\n
    • Presenters should arrive in the session room 30 minutes before the start of their sessions to report to the session chairs and confirm and check the presentation files. A copy of the presentation must be ready on MS PowerPoint\u00a0(ppt) in a USB flash drive for any eventuality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][mk_fancy_title size=”24″ font_weight=”600″ font_family=”none” margin_bottom=”20″][\/mk_fancy_title][vc_column_text]\n

      Poster Presentations<\/h4>\n
        \n
      • Accepted extended abstracts, as the poster presentation, will be presented by one registered authors in the relative poster session;<\/li>\n
      • Each poster should be 120 cm long and 80 cm wide. Each author\u00a0can use the style and the format more useful for its presentation\/representation. A full title of the work, author’ names and relative institutions must be reported on the poster;<\/li>\n
      • The poster sessions will host also the posters of the works selected as short communications for their discussion;<\/li>\n
      • All presenters are required to appear at their poster panel early in the morning of the relative Poster Session.
