The conference will take place at the Yas Conference Center  www.yasmarinacircuit.com/en/venue-hire/yas-conference-centre on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The conference will begin on the morning of February 17th and conclude with a visit on February 19th. The social event will take place on the evening of February 18th. The detailed program will be published shortly.

GUIDE FOR AUTHORS & DELEGATES

Authors of accepted abstracts will be sent more details on how to prepare/record and present (online) their PPT slides using the conference template. After preparing the presentation, authors will be requested to submit it online (via the submission system) before 20th January 2025. They will be contacted one week before the date of their session to test the online tool and check the smooth running of their PPT presentation.
The final conference program will be sent to all authors and delegates before 10th January 2025.
