    REGISTRATION FEE

    All delegates member of IWA (International Water Association), EWA (European Water Association), AWC (Arab Water Council), KSEE (Korean Society of Environmental Engineers) and GITISA (Italian Society of Academics in Sanitary Environmental Engineers) are entitled to special price as reported in the table above. Please note that delegates, member of supporting associations, need to indicate their association number (ID) during the registration. The conference secretariat will verify these information with the supporting associations.

    Master students, PhD students and research fellows within 32 years old at the date of 2018 March 22th, will be considered Young Researchers and are entitled for the lower registration fee (Young). Please note that in any case Young Delegates (Young Researchers) need to submit a copy of their ID or a certificate from their educational institution so as to qualify for the special fee to complete the registration process.

    All young and regular registrations coming from Low Income Countries are entitled an additional discount of €50.

    At the payment of the registration fee the organization will produce a regular receipt that will be given at the conference desk.

    At least one author has to be registered before the registration deadline (1 October 2018) to warrant publication of the short paper in the conference e-proceedings.

    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    IMPORTANT NOTES

    • Please be aware that registration should be completed with full payment.
    • A confirmation of registration will be sent by e.mail upon the completion of the full payment.
    • For “Young registration fee”, young researcher must submit a copy of their student card or a certificate form of their educational institution so as to qualify for the special discount to complete the registration process.
    • All documents and name badge can be obtained on-site, opened for the duration of the conference.

    CANCELLATION / SUBSTITUTION

    • All cancellation must be made in writing. Telephone cancellation will not be accepted. Please note that all transfer charges and remittance fees are the responsibility of attendee.
    • Cancellations prior to August 31th will be accepted with a full refund (except the remittance fee).
    • If you cancel after September 1st, you will receive a refund minus a 15 percent cancellation fee and any bank service charges. No cancellations can be accepted after September 15th, 2018.
    • If you are unable to attend, substitution will be welcome at any time without charge additional fee. You must write to info@waterenergynexus.org

    CONDITIONS

    • Due to unforeseen circumstances the program may change and the WaterEnergyNEXUS conference reserves the right to cancel or alter the content, timing of the program and the invited speakers for reasons beyond its control.
    • Attendees are advised to arrange their own travel insurance to cover medical expenses and all other risks. The organizing committee is not liable for any claims, damage or expense whether in respect of personal injury, death, loss or damage to the attendee.
    • Attendees are responsible for the arrangement and payment of their own travel and accommodation.

    PAYMENT

    Payment of the registration fees must accompany all registration forms. Payment can be made in Euros (€) only by bank transfer. Bank transfer costs must be covered by the attendees. A copy of the bank receipt should be submitted during the registration, no registration will be confirmed until payment is received.
