HOW TO PREPARE YOUR ABSTRACT & SHORT CONFERENCE PAPER
Abstracts and extended abstracts (short papers of 3-4 pages max.) should cover one or more of the conference topics.
Please note the deadline for abstract submissions (31th July 2020) and the extended abstract (6th November 2020), if you are interested in publishing a short version of your work in the proceedings by Springer.
However, in response to many requests and due to the significant disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the submission system will remain open to receive abstracts until 15th August 2020. Late authors will be notified shortly after submission.
Submitting an extended abstract (short conference paper) for publication in the proceedings by Springer is optional.
Both abstracts and extended abstracts should be written in English. Abstracts should be submitted directly online via the Performer system and extended abstracts should be submitted using this Template (see below). Both submissions will undergo a peer-review process.
For notification of acceptances, please see Important Dates.
At least one of the authors has to be registered before the registration deadline (15th November 2020) to warrant inclusion of the abstract in the conference program and, if chosen, publication of the short paper in the conference proceedings by Springer.
